ADOwrap
ADOwrap is a versatile product that combines ADO fabric with existing vertical blinds. Headrail and vanes of existing vertical blinds are “slipcovered” with continuous ADO 118” seamless fabric using ADO’s drapery snap tape. Vertical blind hardware is used to tilt, open and close. With ADO Classic fabrics, ADOwrap is guaranteed colorfast, washable and dimensionally stable. Maintenance is also a breeze with ADOwrap. Just unsnap it, machine-wash, reattach to the vanes, and you’re done! ADOwrap is currently not available for Décor 54 fabrics.
Easy Installation
The drapery arrives with the ADO drapery snap tape sewn to the top of the header. This tape makes it easy to mount on vanes, and a snap to remove for washing. The tape is scored for 3 1/2” vanes, for mistake-proof sewing and rehanging of your ADOwrap. The drapery attaches directly to the vertical vanes. The seamless drapery snaps over the vanes in seconds. The wrap comes to you with the front snap already together to create the front fold.
• Start at one end and lay the fold over the front of slat.
• Bring the longer side of the snap (male end) over the backside of the top of vane and rest it along the side of vane. Take the female snap and secure it together.Do this for each of the vanes. (At this point the top is secure and the bottom is in front of vanes.)
• Steam out any wrinkles in the fabric while the fabric is attached at top but not at the bottom. Pull the wrap away from the vanes. Do not put steam directly onto the PVC vanes as excessive steam could cause the vanes to warp.
• Take the bottom of the vane and insert it inside the thread tack at the bottom of the ADOwrap.
Note: Swatch image may vary in color and pattern repeat from the actual fabric.
